Led by one of Australia’s leading Plastic Surgeons and the current immediate past president of The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr Dan Kennedy will provide an exclusive opportunity for hands-on experience with cadaver dissection to enhance your understanding of anatomy, injection techniques and safety.
This masterclass will provide a unique opportunity for hands-on, small-group anatomy training, with a practical focus to enable an understanding of anatomy for injectables.
Highlights of the Workshop:

Dr Dan Kennedy
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr Kennedy attended Medical School at the University of Queensland from 1979, completing his M.B.B.S. in 1984. He did his internship and Junior House Officer jobs at Princess Alexandra Hospital before spending a year as a Senior House
Officer at the Frenchay Plastic Surgery Unit in Bristol. He returned to Australia performing a year of General Surgery before beginning advanced training in Plastic Surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Royal Brisbane Hospital and Royal Children’s Hospital. He finished his training with a year in London at Mount Vernon in 1992. As a Senior Registrar in a busy plastic surgical unit he covered the full gamut of plastic surgery procedures but focussed particularly on facial reanimation surgery.
Dr Kennedy went on to do a Cosmetic Fellowship at the Wellington Hospital in London before returning to Australia to set up a private practice in mid-1993. Since that time, he has worked as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Mater Adults Hospital in Brisbane and runs a successful private practice specialising in facial and breast surgery including a large component of injectable treatments.
Dr Kennedy is an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Director of Medical Services and CEO at Pacific Day Surgery and Head of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery unit at the Mater Adult Hospital in Brisbane. He is the President of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons; past Secretary of the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons; Consultant for Australian College of Remote and Rural Medicine and Board member of the Australian Skin Cancer Academy.
