Emma Kelly
Head of Training at Fresh Clinics
Emma Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Emma started their career as an Oncology Account Manager at Fresenius Kabi in 2005 and worked there until 2015. Emma then transitioned to Academy Laser Clinics, Dr Pico, and Panthea Clinic, where they worked as a Cosmetic Nurse from 2015 to 2017. Emma then joined Stratpharma as a Key Account Manager from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Emma worked as an Aesthetic Training professional at DermaMedical. Emma continued their career as a Practice Nurse at Dr Mohaghegh – Plastic Surgeon from 2020 to 2023. Concurrently, they also worked as a Theatre Nurse at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital from 2020 to 2022. Emma’s recent work experience includes serving as the Head of Training at Fresh Clinics since January 2022 and as an NSW Account Manager from January to December 2021. Additionally, they have worked as a Cosmetic Nurse at The Manse from June 2022 to February 2023. Overall, Emma Kelly has gained valuable expertise in various roles within the healthcare and aesthetic industries.
Emma Kelly has a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Newcastle. Emma also holds a Graduate Certificate in Business and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. Additionally, they completed a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science in 2016.

Robyn Marden
Starting out in the Aesthetics industry in 2012, Robyn worked with a large dermatology focused pharmaceutical company. Creating and implementing educational platforms and programs, for patients and HCPs using the portfolio of psoriasis and skin cancer drugs the company produced across Australia and New Zealand. Following this Robyn followed her passion for dermatology and worked along side some of the countries best dermatologist and skin cancer gps on skin cancer, psoriasis and rejuvenation patients. In 2014 Robyn made the decision to move her energy and focus to injectables and full face rejuvenation and hasn’t looked back! She is now instilling her infectious passion and energy for this industry , especially - injector education, safety and complication management - onto up and coming injectors and fellow practitioners. She has been educating iniectors across AU/NZ for 4 years now, and loves meeting fellow practitioners and sharing knowledge and ideas.

Josie Trewin
Josie is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience and extensive knowledge of cosmetic medicine, plastic and reconstructive surgery. For the last 6 years, she has been injecting alongside Sydney’s leading Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons. Josie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to Fresh Clinics.
